1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VashPay payment platform and services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use VashPay.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration information and promptly update any changes.

3. Services and Transactions (PPOB)

VashPay provides an online platform for payment point online banking (PPOB) services, including but not limited to purchasing credits, data packages, paying utility bills, and other digital transactions.

1. Transaction Accuracy: VashPay is not responsible for losses due to incorrect information (e.g., wrong phone number or bill ID) provided by the user during a transaction.
2. Pricing: Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Final transaction prices are those displayed at the time of confirmation.
3. Refunds: Refunds are issued only for failed transactions where funds were debited from the user's account but the service was not successfully delivered. Processing times for refunds may vary.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the payment system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Transmitting any materials that are defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the VashPay platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of VashPay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VashPay, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
